I'm really sorry to hear about your health concerns. I really understand the fear over heart issues. What brings me a small comfort with health stuff is telling multiple people I trust my potential medical situation and coming up with a plan of action if something were to happen. I dont know if that fits your situation but planning has been very helpful for me

A lot of times stress and anxiety can mimic the symptoms of heart attacks. I know it sounds insane but try to keep your mind off of it, that way you can keep track of your symptoms easier

yesterday and all through out the night ive literally had almost every symptom of before a heart attack i literally think im gonna have one please pray for me or wish me luck im actually terrified
